I have been GYPPED! Tomorrow is the last day of school. Alec has been home since Saturday - sick, with a fever and cough. He has missed 3 days of school this week. I have been robbed of my last week of peace and quiet. After tomorrow, my house will be cluttered and full of children - all of which probably won't be my own. I even had Jeff take Alec to the doctor this morning to convince them all that he had the swine flu. What else would have put him down & out this long??? I was wrong. Influenza A test was negative. No strep. Just a virus that will take it's own sweet time to clear up.
He is going to school tomorrow. He will be fine. His fever will break. He will not miss his last day of 2nd grade. I will get to go shopping and workout one more day without 4 children in tow.

Oh Amy, I'm so sorry. Children should not be sick the last week of school. Isn't that a rule or some law of the universe that can't be broken?

Man, I hate being gypped! Did he get better and "get" to go to school today? Otherwise, what do you do with all his stuff there?
