Thanksgiving Day began with the Annual Turkey Bowl! Jeff woke up early to prepare for his & Scott's big entrance in full pads - complete with a fly over of his remote control airplane and a rocket launch. Jeff DOES NOT do things half-way, that's for sure.
Our dinner was scheduled for 2:00 and we had several guests - my parents, Scott & Leslie and kids, Bill & Cyndie and their family, and Mike & Ashley Kent and their kids. We had a wonderful time with lots of delicious food. However, after we ate I forgot that I had left the cranberry sauce in the fridge...drats!! It was a fun day and everyone's belly was filled to capacity...we even had 10 pies to indulge in, with a bonus pan of chocolate brownies for Ian from Leslie and birthday cake for Tessa! Here's some pictures of the festivities...
So much to be "gratitudious" for this year...family, friends, the gospel, good health, and the little things that put a smile on my face.

It's not Thanksgiving unless you leave something in the fridge that was supposed to be on the table. Same goes for Christmas - there always has to be that present that didn't make it under the tree :)
Looks yummy.
Looks like so much fun!! Brian Ellis told us about the r/c plane fly-over-- I was seriously laughing so hard!!
We sure miss you guys & your fun get-togethers!
