10 years ago, yesterday, I was holding this little bundle in my arms.A perfect gift, straight from heaven.
And a boy! We were so thrilled!
Everyone who held him described him as "solid"
and he was a calm, content little guy.
I felt overwhelmed with 3,
not enough hands anymore to help them all at once!
Alec is still "solid", 10 years later,
and not just physically. He is confident and I can always
count on him to be a helper, a peacemaker, and fix any technical difficulties
while Jeff is out-of-town. :)
We love you so much, Alec!
And you can stop growing-up now.

Oh ! How we l.o.v.e. this boy ! He is gentle, kind, thoughtful, not to mention cute and funny ! A regular "chip off the old block" !
One thing I love about Alec is his way of making you feel his love. He is still a heck of a hugger even when most 10 yr. old boys are ready to give that up. He looks right in your eyes and says "I love you", and doesn't have to be reminded to do that. AND he laughs at your jokes ... even when they aren't that funny !
We are definetly in the ALEC fan club !
