Saturday night Riley went to Winterfest with a group of her girlfriends.
It was technically a "Girl's Choice" dance, but
she's not 16 yet!
We found her dress at a cute little boutique on Main Street in Milford.
When she picked out this one, they wrote "LAKELAND" on the tags
of the other dresses just like it...and they wouldn't sell it to
anyone else going to Lakeland's Winterfest.
Talk about customer service!
At my prom, I remember another girl
had the same sapphire blue dress on as I did...
I was mortified!

I see we have the fifth basic food group on the bottom right ... chocolate !
Our cute little Riley Jane is no longer our cute little anything. She is becoming a beautiful young woman ! (Sniffle! Sniffle !)
I'm so glad she is learning that Girl's Night Out is ten times more fun than any date ever will be!! Except when she meets Mr. Right of course, and then I suppose things can change...but that can't happen for 10 more years AT LEAST, right?!?
I always went with the girls to those dances too before I was 16...and I agree with Suz, much funner than when I went with a date!
She looks so cute! Love the dress!
I  her dress!! I love even more that little shop that made sure she was the BELLE of the BALL!!
Ditto Suz & Erin, these will be her funnest memories!!
Such a cute dress!!! Love it! How awesome that she has such a fun mom to put on a fun girls' night dinner and everything!!!
