Today I am going to give a talk on why dads are special. To start I will tell you a little bit about me. My name is Hannah, I am 10 years old, and I come from a family of six, and I love the the piano, and I love to dance! Okay, lets get to the point where I give my talk.
I will give you a word that describes my dad. The letters I will use is f-a-t-h-e-and r. Which spells father.
F is for “funny” in the most awkward ways.
A is for “athlete” in hockey, running, and baseball.
T is for a “terrific” cook. ( especially Italian)
H is for “having” fun on the waves.
E is for “eternal.” I always know that I will be with my dad forever, no matter what happens.
R is for a “rough” wrestler at home, and really hard worker.
Now that I have told you what all the letters that stand for in the word father, I will close my talk. I'm so glad that we get to celebrate our fathers on Father's Day. I love my Dad very much, our family wouldn't be the same without him. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
