CRIM -- Coolest Race in Michigan!

Its been such a busy end of summer that I haven't had a chance to update yet on the CRIM (10-mile run in Flint). This was quite possibly the hottest year ever that I participated in. The temp was only 76 degress but we had about 93% humidity. Like last year it rained up until race start. This was my 3rd CRIM.

I finished a reasonable 1:38:04 (about 8 minutes slower than normal) and was glad I did it. Despite my best efforts to recruit friends, I ran this one alone. Unfortunately, the family was not able to join as couldn't get organized quick enough on what to do with Ian.

Enjoy the photos hijacked off the CRIM website.

Congrats!!! That much humidity would be like breathing solids.

Good for you Jeff!

I ran my first 10 miler last Saturday in 1:43. I wish I could've been there, we could've paced out pretty close!
