TGIF

{"Backwards Day" at school!...at least that's what Alec told me}

We've been busy this week.
But we've tried to squeeze in some holiday cheer,
like these snow globes we made out of baby food jars.

Click HERE if you want to make some of your own,
except don't use baby oil, just distilled water.
And instead of using hot glue to adhere the snowman inside the jar,
use Super Glue instead.

The boys loved these!

Here's what's on the docket for the weekend:
  • Helping out this afternoon during Ian's "Craft Day" at school
  • Ward "Polar Express" Christmas Party tonight
(Girls and I are singing a song & we get to be Kathy Utlety's elves. Help!)
  • Haircuts for the boys
  • Baby Shower here tomorrow
(which means: cook a lot of food, spiff-up house, set-up baby quilt)

  • And our regular "crazy Sunday schedule".
(which means: Before church, Ward Council.
After church, choir practice, tithing settlement,
Cub Committee Meeting, and Home Teaching for Jeff)

Here's to Fridays! Yeah!

I l.o.v.e. these every other day posts !

And I l.o.v.e. that you make all these things happen ! I appreciate that Michels blood of juggling twenty balls in the air simultaneously.

The Oglesby blood is good for catching them, though ... ;o)

You are a busy little elf! Hopefully your singing trio went beautifully!

Snowglobes are so CUTE, and backwards-dressed boys too!

I am totally stealing the snow globe idea. I have actually been saving baby food jars all year because I knew I'd figure out something to do with them eventually! :-)

P.S. Your to-do list just made me want to take a nap. Srsly!!
