I read this book all weekend and finished last night - I couldn't put it down! It was just a silly story about a girl who lives in London & her shopping debts. But to put a twist on the story, she is a financial journalist. I don't want to give too much away - but there is a love story that weaves through the book, too, along with all her crazy mishaps as she tries to make a plan to be debt-free.
I would HIGHLY recommend it...but beware - there's a few spots where there should be a "bleep" for swear words.
I'm starting the second book in the series today.....

I've read all her books. They are just so silly! I really liked "Can You Keep A Secret," too. I agree with your warning and add the swearing, though increases throughout the "Shopaholic" series. Bummer.
Thanks for the recommendation! I'll have to pick it up for Christmas vacation, I'd love to read it before I see the movie.
I feel like a shopaholic on a diet lately and I hate it.
Maybe I can get my fix through the book.
