DAY RUNNERS ACCOUNTABILITY

I know many of you are planning on some sort of a run this year. I want to share with you a tool that I'm going to use to track/share my training. Its actually embedded in our blog on the lower right side with a weekly tracker and event planner. You can actually used this tool to create a training program that you can track against on each run. I've found sharing progress..the good, the bad, and the ugly is a great way to stay accountable to your goal and get suggestions from the group.
