Can you name the Christmas movie that quote comes from??
What about this one?
"I don't know what to say,
except it's Christmas,
and we're all in misery."
Poor Ian has been so sick this whole month -
strep, stomach flu,
and now a nasty virus.
I've been to church once in December.
Here he is today
on his sick bed in my room.
I moved the Christmas tree from the boy's bedroom
so he could have some Christmas cheer.
Together, we have caught up on all our
Christmas movie viewing!
Here's another quote to guess,
from my very favorite Christmas movie:
"I'm sorry I ruined your lives
and crammed 11 cookies in the VCR."
And Twinklin', our elf, has been close to Ian
the last couple days.
Yesterday, he even brought him a tissue for his sore nose.
A few days ago,
he was caught in the kitchen making
snow angels in flour!
And the last Christmas movie quote for today...
"I like smiling. Smiling is my favorite!!"

Poor E-man. I had a winter like that when Gage was really struggling with his asthma. It's the WORST! I hope he's on the mend soon!!
So I know all the quotes but the one about misery?!?!
....Christmas Vacation - Ellen Griswold. :)
Merry Christmas!! I'm sorry to hear you're sick Ian. Paige is feeling pretty yucky too cause of her wisdom teeth. I know the second and third quote are from ELF!! Hope you guys are having a better day!
The first one is from Home Alone, and I recognized a couple from Elf...not sure of the others.
Ian must have shared his germs all the way over here...me and Parker both got stomach virus's...it's the pits!!
Merry Christmas anyway though...the show must go on!!
2&3 are both Buddy quotes; thanks for the Christmas Vakay nod ! The only Christmas movies I have watched this season are Hallmark ones and there aint nothing there worth quoting !
But I did like the one where the jilted girl hires an out-of-work actor to play her fiancee and she takes him home for Christmas and they sing "Angels we have heard of high" while he accompanies on the piano !
Didya see that one ?
