Yes. And July 5th, 6th, 7th...
(Alec told that joke to Grammy and it made me laugh).
We started our day out at the Milford Parade -
and filled our bellies with donuts from Milford Bakery,
free ice cream sandwiches,
and loads of candy to fill our candy bags!!
My favorite part is always the marching bands!
By the end of the parade, we were all baking hot -
temperatures all week have been in the upper 90s with humidity. Ugh.
So we headed to Scott's for a BBQ and some cooling off in the water.
It was a perfect way to spend the 4th of July.
What did you do to celebrate our country's birthday??

What a great time we had! Let's do it again!
We celebrated with you! I love the picture with the American flag in it. God bless America!
Cole said : "Happy Birthday, America !" and waved his little flag ! We all followed by singing : "It's a grand old flag ..." !
Had burgers from the Barby, and watermelon at B&E's place ... inside ! Too dang hot outside !
